DESCRIPTION & APPLICAITON
Sulfamic acid,also called amidosulfonic acid is a nonvolatile,white crystalline powders; decomposes at melting point 205 C°;slightly soluble in water and organic solvents. The applications are employed in metals and ceramic cleaning industry as replacement for hydrochloric acid to remove rust; as scale removers in water treatment and water softening agent in detergent industry; as cleaner in food processing , metal surface treatment, as coagulator for urea-formaldehyde resins, nitrite remover in dye & pigment processing and to be used for synthesis of sweeteners.
